SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with Scrunchies ByAZAR. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed be a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

DELIVERY TIMES

Update: Due to COVID-19 issue, you may expect delays in your order. Review our note on COVID-19 information.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days [this does not include weekends / holidays]. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Wrong addresses given by customers

Mistakes made by USPS Post

Damage to orders by postal service

PO box issues

Stolen packages after delivery [we do not recommend the US Postal service “safe drop” option]

RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@byazar.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to assist you!

SCRUNCHIE EXCHANGES

We do not currently conduct exchanges for our Online Scrunchie Orders, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@byazar.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to assist you!

APRONS EXCHANGES:

We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged items. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

DEFECTS:

Our aim is to get the items right at the first time which is why we inspect each product carefully throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at support@byazar.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

USA ORDERS

ByAZAR use USPS Service to ship your order through tracking service (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

CANADIAN ORDERS

ByAZAR use USPS Service to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ByAZAR use USPS Service to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location. Shipping costs for orders outside the U.S. and Canada are calculated at checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Items are shipped after processing (2-3 business days) using US Postal Service. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
